Shri Krishnanand Shrikant Revankar founder of REVANKAR JEWELLERS ,started journey as a Goldsmith in Solapur, and later decided to shift to Kolhapur. He first worked as a goldsmith independently and as volume of work increased over a period of time he developed his workforce to 20 goldsmiths. He was supplying pure gold jewellery to number of jewellery stores across Kolhapur district. He had specialized in Karwari and Maharashtrian jewellery.
Growing with the love and trust of his customers /traders, he opened up REVANKAR JEWELLERS in Kolhapur at Sarlashkar Bhavan on 9th May 1986.This store was setup to cater wholesale demand of jewellery from traders and meet requirements of retail customer as well. Later 1998 year marked the beginning of a turning point for REVANKAR JEWELLERS when we moved from a modest store to a grand showroom on front side of Sarlashkar Bhavan, opp. Mahalaxmi temple. Both his sons, Swapnil and Koustubh Revankar have joined business and expanded it successfully . With their commitment, insights and warmth, they formed enduring bonds with customers and created a strong and loyal customer base for REVANKAR JEWELLERS.
REVANKAR JEWELLERS with a history of 35years surely, has numerous stories to tell, One of which is Gold Vajra Teek Thushi (Traditional Neckless) which was gracefully designed and made by REVANKAR JEWELLERS specially for Goddess Shri Mahalaxmi ,was donated to temple by devotees from Mangalore which is still preserved in temple.
We also have a separate department for wholesale and online business which operates independently in 2000SqFt. office at Sarlashkar Bhavan Kolhapur.
